Deeply dismayed by the events, Italdesign joins the global solidarity campaign to support the people affected by the situation in Ukraine.
A donation is being made to UNO-Flüchtlingshilfe e.V. – UN Refugee Aid UNHCR – a long-standing partner of the Volkswagen Group – supporting the refugees.
A further donation to Sermig, the Arsenal of Peace in Turin, is being prepared by all the Italdesign employees, following an agreement signed with the Employee Representatives, for the assistance to refugees hosted on the national territory.
This donation corresponds to the economic value of one hour of paid work for each employee.
Trusting that these contributions can even partially help alleviate the suffering of all the people affected by this situation, Italdesign and all its employees hope for a swift resolution and for dialogues to restoring diplomacy.
